Nevada’s Best Magazine
Nevada Magazine conducted it's annual Best of Nevada reader's poll is now available on its website. The best magazine in Nevada will publish results in the July/August 2011 issue and on nevadamagazine.com in mid-June. Everyone is encouraged to go to their website and vote for their favorites in Las Vegas, Reno, and the small towns and rural areas of the state.
Two lucky voters will win a complementary Nevada-themed book package and first-season "Bonanza" DVD set. In the latest issue of Nevada Magazine you can find articles on "The Loneliest Road in America" (US Highway 50) and a roundup of central Nevada town reviews. Central Nevada's parks and recreation areas are also highlighted, including off-the-beaten-path destinations and noteworthy events. There is also a story about the Kennecott Copper Corporation, which was headquartered in McGill for many years.
